  • 2+ years' experience preparing 1040, 1120-S and 1065 returns
  • Hands-on experience with UltraTax and Workpapers CS
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, including monthly reconciliations
  • Able to confidently manage tax and accounting projects without constant help
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-first mindset
  • CPA or EA license or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Actively use all available tools (tax research software, AI, Google) to solve problems independently
  • Comfortable adopting new technology and changing processes
