Overview

The Manager, Parking & Mobility position will manage day-to-day event, daily, and monthly parking and mobility operations at Centennial Yards in the Downtown Atlanta area.

This role pays an annual salary of $90,000-$100,000.

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

This position will remain open until July 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service by developing and implementing efficient procedures with emphasis on continual improvement.
  • Hire, develop, train, and support a team of part-time parking supervisors, parking ambassadors, and maintenance porters. 
  • Ensure all parking systems are operational.
  • Perform minor maintenance of all PARCS systems (ticket jams in pay stations, repair barrier gates). 
  • Train designated staff on remote management of PARCS Systems. 
  • Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure they are operational. 
  • Assist Director with creating new parking products, additional revenue streams, and reducing costs of the parking and mobility operation. 
  • Assist Director with working towards sustainability goals, including revenue, PARCS system, and operational audits. 
  • Assist with strategic planning, traffic management planning, and budgeting.  
  • Assist in monthly reporting efforts to the client.
  • Review/analyze guest surveys and other performance measures to maximize operational performance. 
  • Manage rideshare operation, coordination, and relationships with partners. 
  • Work with transportation technology GPS wayfinding partners (Google, Waze, Apple Maps). 
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in parking/transportation management; event management preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of parking revenue management systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Valid driver license required.
