Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the health care, consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare trends, data security standards (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR), and the digital health landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to mid-level and executive management both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end partnership pipelines, from partner onboarding to activation and long-term management.
  • Build and maintain relationship plans for healthcare accounts, identifying growth opportunities and pitching integration pathways.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align partnership goals with internal roadmaps and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Assess and identify bottlenecks in partner operations, recommending meaningful process enhancements to improve pipeline velocity and partner satisfaction.
  • Define, track, and report on partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Research and synthesize healthcare industry intelligence to communicate insights that inform product strategy.
