Role Description The Receptionist at Luxe Cosmetic Surgery will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and responding to general inquiries. The role also involves handling patient intake forms, managing records, supporting basic clerical tasks, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth office flow.
