The Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to join our commissary kitchen team in Wilmington, DE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and has a passion for good food and teamwork.


You’ll support our production and operations teams by helping with food packing, dishwashing, cleaning, labeling, and inventory tasks. Attention to detail, comfort with technology, and a positive, reliable attitude are key to success in this role.


Responsibilities
  • Pack and label meals and snacks for delivery and wholesale partners
  • Wash dishes, sanitize work areas, and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Receive, count, and organize inventory, updating records in Google Sheets and kitchen software
  • Apply labels and stickers accurately on packaging
  • Assist with basic food prep and kitchen organization as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with company deliveries (driving experience a plus)
