A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to continuous improvement across Google's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Google Data Center departments and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns, risk identification and mitigation. You will ensure the safety of the operations workforce, protection of the environment, and Google's business. Furthermore, you will provide support with the implementation of new and critical EHS initiatives.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Ensure comprehensive Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized SME in multiple EHS verticals.
