  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product or program management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with internet products and technologies.
  • Understanding of Google Ads and preferably Search advertising.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical leadership, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

About the job
As a Product Excellence Manager, you will be the interface between the services, support, and consulting teams across gTech and other stakeholders, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google online advertising, analytics, and platform products. You will develop product and technical strategies while prioritizing projects and resources that assist our account management teams and partners. You will balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales to proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$216,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before wide-scale deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are prepared to support launches and migrations.
  • Bring product insights to gTech product forums and provide responsive support for gTech questions and escalations.
  • Analyze customer and gTech pain points to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products while managing stakeholder expectations.
