Compensation Range: $23-28/hr W2

Job Description:
This role supports the client's performing arts and venue operations team through a combination of administrative coordination, volunteer data management, and front-of-house event support during a period of organizational transition.
Job Summary
•Perform data entry and organization for the volunteer usher corps, including RSVPs, emergency contacts, and intake forms via Google Forms and Sheets
•Track and clean up event ticketing request forms submitted through the client's internal system
•Prepare materials and logistics for usher training sessions launching in September and October
•Communicate with volunteer ushers to collect information, confirm interest, and maintain accurate records in Google Drive
•Provide front-of-house support at events (approximately 1-2 per week), including lobby presence, meet and greet, and brochure distribution
•Support general administrative and organizational tasks as directed by the team
Minimum Requirements:
•Proficiency in data entry using Google Suite (Forms, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Excel
•Customer service experience, including greeting visitors and navigating basic technology
•Ability to move throughout a multi-floor building, including stairs, during events
•Comfortable with an event-driven, flexible schedule with varying workload by week
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in event ticketing, box office operations, or back-end ticketing systems
•Exposure to bookkeeping or basic accounting tasks
•Background or interest in performing arts environments
•Poised, diplomatic communication style suited to a professional arts organization culture
