What you’ll do Operational Data Analysis
  • Analyze operational data including fixed asset, low-value supplies, traveling cost and other expenses.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights to improve operational decision-making.
Process Improvement & Operational Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Track and report the impact of process improvement initiatives.
Operational Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative coordination support to US headquarter.
  • Assist with organizing operational reports, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Support coordination between operations teams, warehouses, and management.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and internal operational communications.
  • Maintain organized records of operational processes and documentation.
Office Administration & Front Desk Support
  • Provide front desk reception support at the headquarters office, including greeting visitors and managing office access.
  • Assist with general office administration and coordination to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Coordinate office logistics including meeting room arrangements and visitor support.
  • Support internal teams with general office requests and administrative assistance when needed.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
  • Assist with coordinating business travel arrangements for employees and visiting management, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
  • Support travel itinerary preparation and travel-related documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for visiting team members, partners, or guests at the Brea headquarters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and administrative coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities
