Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with AdMob mediation or Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience working with technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate outcomes effectively at multiple levels of stakeholders.

About the job
As a member of the Global Apps Monetization team, you will accelerate business growth by developing and deploying innovative commercial solutions that help publishers and app developers adopt and retain Google's AdMob and Google Ad Manager platforms. In this role, you will serve as the vital connecting tissue between global Product Go-To-Market (PGTM), Product Management, and Global Sales teams. By leveraging deep insights into the global apps market and key business verticals, you will identify unique opportunities to add value, deliver products to market, ensure product-market fit, and maximize business impact across mobile, display, and video formats.
Working alongside counterparts in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product Management, you will demonstrate an expert understanding of Google's business generation platforms and internal commercial infrastructure to drive partner success and power Google's broader user experiences. Additionally, you will support global Apps PGTM managers to engage cross-functional executive business leads, advocating the platform's global growth efforts and funneling prioritized market feedback back to the product teams.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
  • Manage and operate flagship incentive programs at the executive level for app commercial strategy.
  • Drive commercialization initiatives for internal commercial infrastructure products.
  • Communicate with executive sales leads, Product Go-To-Market (PGTM), and Product Management (PM) teams.
  • Identify cross-functional challenges proactively and develop innovative commercial solutions to accelerate business growth.
