Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems and driving programmatic initiatives.
  • Experience in program management, project management, process improvement, or management consulting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in product Go-to-Market strategy & execution.
  • Experience in leading large-scale projects and partnering with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of and experience with hardware and software launches, including ability to advise on strategies and product requirements to enhance platform-level decisions.
  • Understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
  • Ability to launch and scale initiatives from scratch within ambiguous, fast-paced environments and translate global roadmaps into local strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence across functions and levels.

About the job
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Strategy & Operations Lead to act as the primary business partner for our technical and commercial teams, and to serve as a key architect of our global partner scaling and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy that underpins our partner ecosystem. A major focus of your work will be leading our flagship strategic programs-spanning both commercial and technical initiatives-across global markets. You will bridge the gap between commercial objectives and operational reality, ensuring our cross-functional resources are deployed effectively to meet business goals.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) 15% bonus target bonus equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategy and operations lead, translating commercial goals into execution strategies while managing global prioritization, resource allocation, and joint initiatives with major partners.
  • Lead the expansion and oversight of flagship strategic programs globally, standardizing processes and ensuring operational launch readiness across complex business and technical integration initiatives.
  • Shape the strategic roadmap and commercialization for partner service offerings, defining the global vision and scaling service delivery to advertisers via the partner ecosystem.
  • Manage complex project plans and cross-functional deliverables to ensure timely execution, aligning sales teams, agency leads, and external partners for major program launches.
  • Define and track success metrics, establishing reporting cadences for leadership and socializing program materials to maintain alignment across all cross-functional stakeholders.
