We are a Tampa-based group of family-run companies operating across beverage CPG, brand incubation, distribution, and wholesale. Our portfolio includes Savia USA, SmartBrands USA, and Xpress Distributors. We are a fast-moving, hands-on organization where every team member has direct visibility into the business and works closely with ownership.

The Role

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to keep our books clean, current, and audit-ready across our family of companies. This is a stable, full-time in-office role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the details right. You will work directly with our Junior Accountant and Office Manager, with real exposure to a growing portfolio of brands.

What You'll Do

Enter and categorize daily transactions across multiple entities in Zoho Books and QuickBooks

Process accounts payable: enter vendor bills, schedule payments, and maintain vendor records

Process accounts receivable: generate customer invoices, apply payments, and follow up on outstanding balances

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts on a monthly basis

Maintain organized digital records for all receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation

Assist with month-end close tasks under the direction of the Junior Accountant

Support 1099 prep and sales tax data gathering

Flag discrepancies, missing documentation, or unusual transactions

Keep our books clean, current, and audit-ready at all times

What We're Looking For

1 to 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

Working proficiency in QuickBooks (Zoho Books experience is a strong plus)

Solid understanding of debits, credits, and basic double-entry bookkeeping

Comfortable reconciling bank and credit card accounts independently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets

High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Bonus

Experience working across multiple entities or companies

Beverage, food CPG, or distribution industry experience

Familiarity with inventory tracking or COGS entries
