Senior Web Analytics & Customer Experience (CX) Consultant
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - onsite a few days per week)
Contract (no c2c)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Analytics & Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to support our banking client in Miami on a contract basis. This role will focus on leveraging digital analytics to enhance customer experience, optimize digital journeys, and drive data-informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with deep expertise in web analytics, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into impactful recommendations across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze digital customer journeys, funnels, and user behavior to identify trends, friction points, and optimization opportunities
  • Define, track, and report on CX metrics and KPIs to measure digital performance and customer engagement
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business, product, marketing, and UX teams
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Lead or support web analytics implementations, including tagging strategies and event tracking
  • Partner cross-functionally with UX, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to drive data-backed optimization initiatives
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates and overall digital experience

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or CX Analytics
  • Strong expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar.
  • Experience analyzing customer journeys, digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization
  • Ability to define and monitor CX metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable business insights
  • Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Experience working with web analytics implementations, tagging strategies, and event tracking
  • Ability to identify friction points and opportunities to improve digital customer experiences
  • Ability to work closely with UX, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate insights into recommendations and optimization initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker, Contentsquare, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation programs
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
