Assignment Overview

  • Title: Website Analytics Manager
  • Work Location: HBRID FOR 2 days Office
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analytics Strategy & Best Practices
    • Define standard methodologies for analyzing user behavior and interpreting web data.
    • Develop clear protocols for web tagging, testing, and data governance.
  2. Technical Requirements & Implementation
    • Write functional and technical analytics requirements for digital platforms.
    • Lead tagging audits and troubleshoot implementations.
    • Provide custom JavaScript/JSON solutions for tracking and analytics setup.
  3. Optimization & Reporting
    • Determine effective testing strategies (A/B, multivariate).
    • Deliver both scheduled and ad hoc web analytics reports with actionable insights.
    • Document analytics architecture including data dictionaries and tag specifications.
  4. Stakeholder Communication
    • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and leadership.
    • Offer technical estimates and guidance for analytics integration.
    • Clearly communicate risks, timelines, and issues.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

  • 13+ years in analytics/reporting roles with:
    • Google Analytics (GA360, GA4)
    • Tag Managers (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
  • 4-5+ years managing enterprise web analytics platforms
  • Experience with platform migrations (e.g., from GA Universal to GA4)
  • Expertise in building custom reports, advanced segments, goals
  • Intermediate Excel skills for integrating and analyzing diverse data sets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and modern dev practices

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • 13+ years in digital software development
  • Strong passion for UX optimization using data
