Good Living Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a remote therapist. This is a fully remote position, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while enjoying the structured support of a community health clinic. You will engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions via our user-friendly online interface. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate client needs and mental health status effectively.
• Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of pre-screened clients utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Remain engaged in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

You will be working with a varied population, which may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy is preferred, with knowledge of digital documentation practices.
• Background in working with diverse populations and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Good Living Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, reflecting your experience and skill level.
