Good Living Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a full-time mental health therapist. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work from the comfort of your own home or another remote location of your choice. This innovative outpatient setting allows you to conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing. Our team maintains a collaborative and supportive culture, encouraging continuous professional development while minimizing administrative burdens. This role primarily runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling work-life balance alongside clinical responsibilities.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and are designed using evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to a diverse range of pre-screened clients, employing varying therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.
• Document progress notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, and contribute to the continuity of care.
• Engage in continued professional education to remain informed of best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Your caseload will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By working with pre-screened clients, you can focus on delivering quality therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's unique background and circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional in Tennessee (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, with demonstrated expertise in delivering effective therapy.

• Experience working with a telehealth platform and providing virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in engaging clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
