Join our CPA firm client in a well rounded tax focused role.
95% Remote Tax Associate or Tax Senior position offers:

In this position you must live within 45 minutes from the office to be able to attend meetings, classes and meet with clients 5% of the time.
Details
Build relationships with small business clients, prepare and review returns, assisting on all business matters including tax, accounting, and other business situations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Accounting or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of recent public accounting experience
  • Prepare tax returns for individual, corporate, and fiduciary clients
  • Senior level - Review assigned tax returns for proper data entry and tax compliance
  • Proactively develop solutions for tax issues
  • Perform tax planning
  • Perform some accounting work
  • Maintain and improve client relationships
  • Skilled at interacting with clients through whatever method the client prefers (email, phone, and Zoom)
  • CPA required or in progress by having at least one CPA exam completed
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Raleigh, NC
