The Good Feet Store seeks empathetic and results-focused Sales Associates - known in our stores as Arch Support Specialists - who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales. This is a high-energy, performance-driven, client-facing sales role with strong earning potential for individuals who excel at connecting with customers, identifying needs, and closing solutions. Success here means consistently delivering results while creating outstanding customer experience. At The Good Feet Store, you're not just selling a product - you're driving meaningful outcomes for customers every day by helping them improve mobility, comfort, and confidence. We change lives two feet at a time.


Who we Are: Feet First Partners is a franchisee of The Good Feet Store, a 300+ nationwide store franchise.


What You'll Do:

  • Create a professional, engaging, and solution-oriented experience for every client interaction.
  • Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client's lifestyle, concerns, and support needs.
  • Match clients with personalized product solutions and ensure accurate fittings.
  • Perform client outreach and follow-up to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently reach sales targets and achieving business-driven key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in company training programs to build strong product knowledge, understand store operations, and achieve performance goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total expected annual earnings: $60,000-$80,000; based on $20-23/hour plus uncapped commission 
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and employee discounts
  • Paid sales training and certification

We Offer Excellent Retail Hours:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays

Requirements

Job Specifications:

  • 1-year minimum retail experience: commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience required
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
  • Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs., and using ladders or step stools.
