To thrive as a Commission Sales Representative, you need strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with CRM software, point-of-sale systems, and digital communication tools is typically required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, resilience, and self-motivation help you excel in building client relationships and achieving targets. Advancement typically depends on meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and demonstrating leadership potential within the sales team.
