Job description

Red Hawk Golf and Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Outside Services (Golf)! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Pay:
$12.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stages golf carts for daily and tournament play
  • Maintains cleanliness of the bag rooms and cart barns
  • Attends to all bag drops and assists customers with their golf bags
  • Provides directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant
  • Maintains the driving range and practice range areas throughout the day
  • Picks golf balls from the driving range, washes range balls, and refills the range machine
  • Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings
  • Maintains consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter as needed
  • Cheerfully interacts with and delivers world-class customer service to all guests
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required
  • Friendly and positive personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
