The Golf Associate plays a critical role in delivering the locationโ€™s signature hospitality. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service with energy, warmth, and professionalism

- Own the guest experience from arrival to departure, including check-in and booking support

- Learn and operate golf simulator technology; guide guests through gameplay and data insights

- Proactively manage simulator uptime and basic troubleshooting

- Maintain a clean, welcoming facility, including equipment and golf bag organization

- Lead engaging tours for prospective guests and first-time visitors

- Stay up to date on Five Iron Golf โ€“ Coral Gablesโ€™s offerings (e.g., lessons, leagues, events, food & beverage)

- Cultivate relationships and learn guest names to build loyalty and recurring visits

- Check in with guests throughout their experience and resolve issues promptly
