Excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to tailor experiences to client needs help build strong client relationships. These skills ensure high-quality simulation experiences, client satisfaction, and effective management of the technical and instructional aspects of the business.

This role may involve setting up and maintaining simulators, assisting clients during sessions, and sometimes organizing events or lessons.
