Job Overview:
Support THE TEAM's representation and growth of creators' talent across the golf ecosystem. This role provides day-to-day administrative, operational, and research support to agents, managers, and senior team members working with golf creators and related brand, content, event, & partnership opportunities. The idea candidate is highly organized, proactive, and genuinely excited by the intersection of golf, digital content, social media, talent representation, and brand partnerships.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to creator agents, coordinators, and senior team members.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, note-taking, file organization, follow-ups, deal tracking, invoicing, and general workflow coordination.
  • Support day-to-day communication across internal teams, clients, talent, brand partners, media partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Track creator priorities, deliverables, timelines, open action items, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records and materials related to creator opportunities, brand conversations, campaign activity, and business development.
  • Monitor the golf creator landscape across social platforms, podcasts, newsletters, tournaments, media moments, and emerging communities.
  • Identify rising golf creators, athlete-creators, instructors, entertainers, lifestyle voices, equipment reviewers, course/travel creators, and culture-led personalities.
  • Track trends across golf content, including short-form video, YouTube series, creator tournaments, women's golf, youth golf, fashion, equipment, lifestyle, travel, betting/media, and fan community behavior.
  • Prepare concise research notes, creator lists, trend summaries, and opportunity briefs for internal review.
  • Stay current on developments across golf media, sponsorship, creator monetization, NIL, athlete storytelling, and brand partnership activity.
  • Assist with identifying potential brand, media, event, and content opportunities for golf creators.
  • Support preparation for client meetings, creator pitches, brand conversations, and internal strategy discussions.
  • Help develop materials that communicate creator value, audience fit, content strengths, and partnership potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creator business growth across partnerships, content, events, and broader commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to a high-touch service model for creators and partners by anticipating needs, tracking details, and following through reliably.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong interest in golf, golf culture, and the evolving creator economy.
  • Understanding of social media from both a business and consumer perspective, including platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Twitch, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with golf creators, golf media, athlete-led content, brand partnerships, and emerging audience trends strongly preferred.
  • One year of talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sports marketing, creator partnerships, or agency experience preferred; relevant internships may be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also taking initiative independently.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working occasional evenings or weekends when creator, client, tournament, event, or campaign needs require it.
  • Positive, dependable, curious, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to spot emerging creator talent and understand where golf culture is moving across digital platforms.
