About New England Sports HubNew England Sports Hub is one of New England's premier indoor and outdoor golf practice and entertainment facilities, featuring industry-leading Trackman technology, instructional programs, leagues, tournaments, junior golf, club repair services, and corporate events.
Our mission is simple: create a welcoming environment where golfers of every age and ability can learn, practice, compete, and have fun.
We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the golf industry while helping shape one of the region's most innovative golf facilities.
This position offers a unique combination of league operations, tournament operation, club repair, marketing, player development, and daily golf operations.
- Organize and run golf leagues from start to finish.
- Organize tournaments, Trackman competitions, clinics, camps, and special events.
- Manage Golf Genius tournament software and scoring.
- Assist/Run corporate outings and community events.
- Assist in the daily operation of the golf facility.
- Ensure the golf areas are clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
- Open and close the facility as needed.
- Assist members and guests with reservations and daily activities.
- Provide private and group golf instruction (based on experience).
- Assist with junior golf camps, clinics, and player development programs.
- Help golfers improve through Trackman technology and structured coaching.
- Promote player engagement and retention through outstanding customer service.
- Perform club regripping and basic club repair.
- Install shafts and grips (experience preferred).
- Perform loft and lie adjustments (if qualified).
- Assist with club fittings (preferred).
- Manage Bag Storage
- Create engaging social media content.
- Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Help develop new leagues, instructional programs, and golf events.
- Build relationships with members, guests, and local businesses to grow participation.
