TMRW Sports is seeking a creative Sr. Manager, Social Media - Golf to support the growth and engagement of TGL and WTGL across key social platforms. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing - Golf, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, ideation, publishing, and optimization of social-first content, helping bring league, team, player, and fan stories to life through engaging, platform-native storytelling built for how fans consume sports today.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement for assigned TGL and WTGL social media platforms
  • Capture, create, edit, and publish social-first content across matches, league events, team activations, player appearances, tentpole moments, and non-match storytelling opportunities
  • Lead and contribute to content ideation sessions, developing creative concepts that drive fan engagement and cultural relevance
  • Partner with Creative, Branded Content, Digital, Marketing, Broadcast, and Team stakeholders to execute integrated social campaigns and storytelling initiatives
  • Identify real-time content opportunities, trends, and conversations that can elevate league visibility and engagement
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for assigned platforms, ensuring timely and consistent publishing

  • Stay current on emerging platform trends, content formats, tools, and best practices across the social media landscape
  • Support community management and audience engagement across owned channels, fan conversations, creator, team and partner touchpoints, and broader social communities where TGL and WTGL fans are active

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in social media, digital content, sports media, or content marketing
  • Proven experience creating, capturing, publishing, and optimizing social content across major social platforms
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels
  • Experience covering live events and executing real-time social content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation skills
  • Experience working with athletes, talent, creators, teams, or sports properties
  • Strong photo, video capture, and mobile content creation capabilities
  • Familiarity with social publishing, analytics, and content management tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Passion for sports and fan engagement, with strong knowledge of golf

Preferred:
  • Experience working for a professional sports league, team, media company, agency, or sports-focused brand
  • Experience editing short-form content for social platforms
  • Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and audience development strategies
  • Experience collaborating with athletes, influencers, creators, and brand partners
  • Understanding of paid social amplification and content distribution strategies
  • Passion for golf and an understanding of the golf media and fan landscape
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

You'll be successful if you have:
