Overview

The ideal candidate for this entry-level role is a motivated, detail-oriented individual to assist with the management and coordination of indoor golf competitions. This is a contract position planned to run through July-November. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports management, event coordination, and the intersection of technology and golf. The Competitions Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth tournament operations and a great player experience.


Key Responsibilities

ยท Assist in day-to-day operations, planning, organizing, and executing indoor golf tournaments using GOLFZON simulators

ยท Coordinate player registrations, scheduling, and communication, and tournament brackets aligned with global tour formats

ยท Operate and monitor GOLFZON systems during competition play, including rule enforcement, scoring validation, and troubleshooting.

ยท Manage scoring systems and ensure accurate, timely leaderboard updates

ยท Communicate with participants regarding schedules, results, and tournament updates

ยท Provide feedback to improve tournament flow and engagement

ยท Assist with social media or promotional efforts for upcoming competitions

Requirements:

Qualifications
