Job description

Hampton Golf is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Systems Associate to join our marketing team in Jacksonville, Florida. This entry-level role is designed for a recent college graduate who combines an interest in digital marketing with a systems-oriented mindset — someone who finds satisfaction in how things work, not just what they produce.

Supporting more than 30 clubs and properties nationwide, Hampton Golf operates a sophisticated multi-property digital marketing ecosystem. This role serves as a key hub within that ecosystem, helping drive consistency, strategy, and performance across all locations. The Marketing Systems Associate will support marketing project management, maintain and update property websites, manage day-to-day digital platform operations, and grow into an expanding set of responsibilities as our marketing technology environment continues to evolve.

This is not a passive support role. The right candidate will take ownership of systems, improve processes, and build toward a career path in marketing operations and technology leadership.

Pay: $19 - $21 an hour, depending on experience

This is a full-time, hourly position offering medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Our Culture and Values provide Team Members with a rewarding lifestyle and work/life balance.
