CLOSING DATE: Open until filled. Department will begin reviewing applications March 10, 2026. Position may close any time after this date. However, applications will continue to be accepted until position is filled.

STARTING SALARY: $7.75-11.00/Hour

STATUS: Part-time (non-benefitted, <29 hours/week)

DEPARTMENT: River Oaks Golf Course - Parks and Recreation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Some related work experience preferred, but not required. Must be at least 15 years old to apply. Requires a valid Learner's Permit or valid Utah Driver's License. Knowledge of tools, machines, and equipment used in the maintenance of the golf course; including pressure washer, washing machine, dryer, golf cart chargers, ball picker, ball washer, mower, and other course maintenance equipment. Great responsibility for the care, condition and use of materials, equipment, and tools; inform Clubhouse Manager of problems that could restrict or deny golf course use. Communicate and work effectively verbally and in writing. Frequent contacts with the public (customers) requiring tact and judgment to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Regular use of golf cards, radio, maintenance tools, including pressure washer, washing machine, dryer, golf cart chargers, ball picker, ball washer, mower, and other golf course maintenance equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
