What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as a Material Handler and play a critical role in supporting our golf club manufacturing operation. In this hands-on warehouse position, you will ensure materials are accurately received, stored, picked, staged, and delivered to support production activities. Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, verifying and processing shipping documentation, maintaining organized warehouse storage locations, fulfilling material requests, and performing inventory transactions using scanning equipment. You will also conduct cycle counts, assist with inventory accuracy initiatives, and support general material handling activities throughout the facility.

Additionally, you will operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks, order scanners, material handling carts, dock equipment, and pallet wrapping equipment, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

  • Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, material handling, inventory control, or related experience required; one (1) year preferred.

  • Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory management systems.

  • Ability to accurately receive, store, pick, and distribute materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 100% of the work shift.

  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling activities.

  • Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as business needs require.

  • Must wear steel-toe safety shoes and required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Inventory control experience or certification is a plus.

  • Forklift experience and certification are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
