Goldsmith Midstream - Warehouse Associate III

Location: Goldsmith, TX

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Schedule is typically 40 hours/week, approximately 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with some flexibility; occasional additional hours may be required.
  • Travel Requirements: May require local travel and delivery of materials to nearby facilities and securing material on a trailer.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary

This role is responsible for accurate receiving, inventory control, kitting, staging, and delivery of materials that support preventive maintenance and repair work across multiple facilities. The position works primarily in a large warehouse environment and requires strong attention to detail, safe material-handling practices, and proficiency with inventory transactions in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound shipments; verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation; and complete receipts in SAP.
  • Issue materials using established controls (e.g., sign-out sheets) and ensure accurate front-end/back-end inventory transactions.
  • Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for preventive maintenance (PM) work orders; print forecasts/pack lists and required SAP paperwork.
  • Perform cycle counts and bin/location audits; research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Operate propane-powered forklifts to move, load, and stage materials safely.
  • Deliver staged kits/materials to nearby facilities as required and secure loads for transport.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and basic housekeeping (sweeping, trash removal, fronting/organizing material).
  • Support urgent/spot deliveries for emergency repairs as required.
  • Deliver materials driving the company truck (F250) to the other sites.
Required Skills
  • Experience performing inventory transactions in SAP (or comparable ERP), including receiving, issuing, and cycle counts.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems) and ability to read/understand written directions.
  • Ability to safely perform physical job demands (hear, see, bend, stoop, reach, and grasp).
  • Able to deliver materials driving the company truck (F250) to other sites.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR); ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work occasional additional hours/overtime as required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with kitting/material staging to support maintenance organizations.
  • Experience operating propane-powered forklifts.
  • Knowledge of warehouse slotting, min/max replenishment, and inventory accuracy practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and coordinating deliveries/logistics.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to recertify as needed).
Required Experience
  • 7 years of warehouse/materials coordination experience, including receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work safely in hot/cold, dusty, industrial warehouse conditions (no air-conditioning or heat).
  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with no air-conditioning; conditions may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, drafty, and dusty.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required on site; typical attire includes jeans and T-shirt with approved safety-toe footwear (composite or steel).
  • Work involves handling materials and equipment in an industrial setting; adherence to all safety rules is required.
