Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to gather information and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with mental health regulations.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights, fostering a collaborative approach to client treatment.

  • Manage a caseload while ensuring timely follow-up with clients, addressing their evolving needs, and providing support as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, those facing acute stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
