• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients that are rooted in a thorough understanding of their unique situations and challenges.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental health.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated on the latest research and innovations in mental health care.
