Gold Leaf Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

This position allows you to work in a fully remote setting, providing flexibility in your scheduling while delivering structured outpatient services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to recognize clientsโ€™ needs and determine appropriate treatment methodologies.
  • Craft individualized treatment plans based on thorough examination and established therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups while employing evidence-based strategies to promote client insights and growth.
  • Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring accountability and quality of care.
  • Stay actively updated in the field of mental health through professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of practical experience working with psychiatric clients and/or those from substance abuse backgrounds.
  • Experience in conducting thorough assessments, diagnostics, and delivering both individual and group therapy.
  • Proficient in using computerized systems and basic keyboarding skills for clinical documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting, displaying adaptability to virtual therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
  • Advanced training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques relevant to diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
