Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and challenges.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social factors affecting client well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health care and therapies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
