This full-time remote position is positioned within our specialized detox center, aimed at supporting individuals undergoing recovery. • Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a range of social and emotional challenges, focusing specifically on those in recovery from substance use disorders.
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gain insights into their backgrounds, current conditions, and personal challenges, helping to shape a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Monitor clients' progress against tailored objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Deliver professional counseling and guidance during one-on-one sessions, offering support and coping strategies aligned with best practices in social work.
• Maintain meticulous case notes and documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in social work practice.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights on client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.
• Serve as the primary advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and additional services that promote recovery and well-being.
• Be prepared to provide expert testimony and documentation support in legal frameworks as required, particularly when cases require court intervention.

The primary focus of this role includes working with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom experience significant life challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. You will be tasked with understanding the unique backgrounds and traumas of each client, ensuring empathy and sensitivity are at the forefront of your client interactions. By tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs, you will play a critical role in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent field, with a current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated experience in social work, particularly within mental health or addiction services.
• Strong knowledge of social welfare laws and ethical standards pertaining to clinical social work.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations, ensuring a high level of client engagement.
• Resilience and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and address complex client situations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Experience in detox, rehabilitation, or addiction treatment settings.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Understanding of community resources available for individuals in recovery.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on skilled practitioners. In addition, our organization provides:
