Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gain insights into their backgrounds, current conditions, and personal challenges, helping to shape a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Monitor clients' progress against tailored objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Deliver professional counseling and guidance during one-on-one sessions, offering support and coping strategies aligned with best practices in social work.

Qualifications
