Job Summary:
Sierra is creating a platform to help businesses build better customer experiences with AI. The GTM Systems Administrator will design and implement Go-to-Market software, oversee integrations, and ensure the health of business systems while supporting the broader GTM Operations team.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Go-to-Market software for our marketing, sales, and agent development teams
• Architect scalable, reliable integrations between Salesforce and key platforms including Marketing Automation, Configure-Price-Quote, Quote to Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, ETL, Enrichment, and Content Management platforms
• Oversee the rollout of major feature updates across GTM platforms, ensuring proper enablement and adoption
• Own business system platform health by monitoring data syncs between Salesforce and backend systems; proactively troubleshoot issues and outages
• Guide and uphold development best practices to ensure high-quality code, stable integrations, and a strong foundation for future scale
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders—translating complex requirements into elegant, usable systems
• Support broader GTM Operations team through thoughtful system design, UX enhancements, and AI-first process optimization
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience (Flow, SOQL, lightning apps, APIs, profiles, permissions, objects, etc.)
• Experience configuring and managing GTM adjacent tools (e.g. Marketing Automation, Configure-Price-Quote, Quote to Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, Data Management/Enrichment, Content Management System)
• Strong SQL skills with ability to perform deep data analysis and build reliable pipelines on ETL platforms (e.g. Reverse ETL platforms / Composable CDP)
• 4+ years of operational experience supporting Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success teams in a fast-paced startup environment
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
• Ability to clearly articulate technical ideas across diverse audiences—from engineers to sales reps
• Strong collaboration and project ownership mindset, with a track record of delivering complex systems on time
Preferred:
• Built applications using LLMs, ideally with exposure to production-grade AI/ML systems
• Developed custom Salesforce solutions using apex classes, apex triggers, LWC, SLDS
• Integrated salesforce with other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services
