Work Experience & Education

  • 0-2 years of experience working with data mining tools such as SQL required
  • 1-3 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing analysis preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Master's Degree in MIS, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with Servicing operational and administrative management
  • Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions
  • Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support information requests from all Servicing departments
  • Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate
  • Enhance knowledge of operational and portfolio metrics to assess risk
  • Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills
  • Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
  • Represent Servicing Analytics in enterprise projects
