Job description

As Global Product Owner HR Systems, you own and continuously improve global HR processes across the HR systems landscape. As the central liaison between HR, IT and business stakeholders, you drive standardization, digitalization, system enhancements and transformation projects to ensure efficient and business-focused HR operations

Your role in our team
  • You take full ownership of the global HR systems landscape and continuously evolve the strategy, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with the overall corporate HR strategy
  • You are responsible for the technical leadership and development of a small team, as well as cross-functional process and systems experts, and manage global initiatives from start to finish
  • You drive global implementations and rollouts of SAP SuccessFactors to standardize and digitalize core HR processes across the organization
  • As part of the continuous development of the HR technology landscape, you govern and enhance the global ServiceNow HR platform, ensuring harmonized and modernized processes and systems
  • You establish and manage a comprehensive global HR systems governance, ensuring compliance with data protection standards and regulatory requirements
  • Through effective demand and requirements management, you consult stakeholders, evaluate business needs, and prioritize as well as implement system and process improvements
  • In close collaboration with procurement and IT, you steer global vendor selection processes and lead contract negotiations to secure sustainable and scalable solutions
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, steering committees, and works councils, you facilitate decision-making and resolve complex cross-functional challenges
  • You lead change management and communication initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of HR systems transformations
Your profile
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory
  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience in managing and developing global HR processes or IT functions, as well as in leading complex transformation programmes
  • You also possess in-depth expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, as well as modern HR technologies and service management platforms, such as ServiceNow HR
  • You have a proven track record of success in implementing international, cross-functional process and project initiatives
  • You possess outstanding leadership qualities and strong skills in stakeholder and relationship management
  • You know how to successfully reconcile differing interests and requirements and lead negotiations at an international level to a successful conclusion in a goal-oriented manner
  • When working with global and cross-functional teams, you act with confidence, strong communication skills and a focus on results, and bring extensive experience in matrix organisations
