Job Description

The Director, Solutions Consulting & Pilot Execution is a hands-on technical role within NXT, committed to building, completing, and measuring marketing transformation pilots. This role centers on analytics, tech measurement, identity solutions, and data infrastructure, delivering quantitative insights and operational results supporting transformation strategy.

This is an hands-on role. You will build measurement frameworks, run pilots end-to-end, analyze performance data, assess technical feasibility, implement solutions, and communicate findings through data storytelling. You work directly with data, technology platforms, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

Reporting to the Global Transformation Team Data & Tech Lead, you will complete pilot programs and track performance against critical metrics. You will capture case studies in detail, establish benchmarks, and ensure all initiatives are based on quantitative measurement and technical rigor. Your work adds unique analytics and measurement capabilities to the team, complementing existing strategic functions.

ResponsibilitiesPilot Execution & Program Management

Work with internal teams to build and run transformation pilots, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, track achievements and blockers.  

Analytics & Measurement

Compose and implement measurement frameworks, build tracking dashboards, analyze pilot results and performance metrics, establish success criteria aligned to account measurement targets, benchmark performance against industry standards.  

Tech Feasibility & Implementation

Assess technical feasibility of solutions partnering with groupe SMEs, particular focus on Connected identity solutions and data infrastructure, monitor the build and test of martech integrations, be the source of subject matter expertise on technical solutions across key enablers: Connected ID (Epsilon and Lotame) , Production tech, Marcel,  AI models built by local and global data teams.

Data Storytelling & Documentation

Build executive readouts with data visualizations, build case studies documenting pilot takeaways, translate quantitative findings into actionable insights, maintain measurement documentation and performance logs.  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

5-7 years hands-on experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or martech implementation

Strong quantitative and analytical skills - comfortable working with data, understand how models are built, and deriving insights

Technical proficiency in identity solutions, measurement platforms, analytics tools, and data infrastructure

Proven track record accomplishing pilots and managing complex technical programs  

Experience building measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking systems

Data visualization and storytelling skills - ability to communicate complex findings clearly

Experience with marketing technology stacks and data platforms

Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams

Success in this role looks like:

 Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
