We are seeking a Director of DevSecOps to lead the strategy, development, and continued maturity of DevSecOps practices within a rapidly growing organization. This is an opportunity for a technology leader to shape how teams build, deploy, and secure modern applications while driving scalability, automation, and operational excellence.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing DevSecOps strategy, improving engineering workflows, embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle, and partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams. This leader will play a key role in enhancing cloud capabilities, strengthening automation, and establishing best practices to support continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and evolve DevSecOps strategy across engineering and technology teams

  • Drive automation, CI/CD improvements, and modern software delivery practices

  • Embed security practices throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency
