  • Drive coordination across clinical, operational, and centralized service functions to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Serve as an escalation resource capable of directly supporting pharmacy operations in both clinical and non-clinical roles during periods of transition, staffing gaps, or operational disruptions.

Performance Management, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement
  • Own operational performance across MTCS services, including:
    • Service level adherence
    • Operational efficiency and productivity
    • Quality and compliance metrics
  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to customer contracts and corporate standards
  • Drive accountability through structured performance reviews and corrective action plans
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization across sites
  • Partner with analytics teams to leverage data insights for performance improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Enhancement
  • Collaborate with MID, MTCS, IT, and other internal teams to support solution integration and delivery
  • Support onboarding of new customers, services, and operational capabilities
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of MTCS playbooks, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and broader MTCS/MID strategic priorities
  • Provide ongoing feedback on customer needs and operational challenges to inform service and product enhancements

Minimum Requirement
  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent clinical credential required

Critical Skills
  • 8+ years of pharmacy experience, including 4+ years in operations leadership or management roles
  • Experience managing healthcare operations, preferably in multi-site or field-based environments
  • Specialty pharmacy and/or Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) experience preferred
  • Proven leadership of pharmacy or healthcare operations with accountability for service delivery and outcomes
