Job description

Role Summary
The Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager owns and drives core global TA programs, infrastructure, and governance to ensure a consistent, scalable, and high-quality hiring experience across regions. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HRIS, Procurement, Employer Branding, and Inclusion teams to translate global TA strategy into well-executed programs that enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage global Talent Acquisition programs, frameworks, and governance (e.g., tools, processes, vendors, metrics)
  • Drive global consistency while enabling regional flexibility in partnership with Regional and Hub TA Leads
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Employer Branding
  • Define and track global TA performance metrics, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation and adoption of new TA capabilities, technologies, and operating models
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with enterprise standards and inclusion priorities
