Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Project Manager, Global Partnerships to support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Business Lead, this role will operate at the intersection of Blizzard's regional organizations, game teams, publishing, marketing, finance, legal, technology, and other functions. The Project Manager will create structure and momentum around high-priority partner initiatives, driving alignment while translating strategic opportunities and leadership decisions into clear plans, accountable ownership, and coordinated execution. Through strong stakeholder partnership and scalable project management practices, the Project Manager will help to deliver strategic initiatives that support near-term and long-term business objectives.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with financial and operational data to support business reporting and decision-making. The role may also require the candidate to participate in scheduled evening meetings when necessary due to the nature of global partnerships.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this position is Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across teams from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate across regional teams, game teams, and global functions to maintain alignment.
  • Implement project management tools and practices to improve team delivery and efficiency.
  • Maintain a reliable source of truth to track progress, dependencies, and follow-up actions across workstreams.
  • Partner with finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to track budgets, costs, revenue, and performance.
  • Consolidate financial and operational data into accurate, executive-ready reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role required.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and competing priorities.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving both action and accountability without direct authority.
  • Experience operating across global or regional markets and distributed teams.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong project-management fundamentals including planning, process governance, status reporting.
  • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills including sourcing, cleaning, and working with financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up one's sleeves and operate in ambiguous and distributed environments.
  • Sound judgment and proactive in resolving ambiguity, prioritizing competing demands across cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining alignment and momentum in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Proficiency with project-management, spreadsheet, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $30.47 - $56.35 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
