  • Leverage SponsorUnited and other market intelligence tools to benchmark partner spend, identify competitive trends, and inform upsell strategy and category management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each partner's business, industry, competitive landscape, and global growth objectives to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Attend and support partnership execution at home games and events, including hosting partners and managing on-site activation.
  • Stay current on global sports sponsorship trends, competitor activity, and partner industry news, sharing relevant insights with the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Expectations
  • Consistent attendance at team and company events, along with Cavaliers, Monsters, and Charge home game events.
  • Proactive communication with client stakeholders, prioritizing live interaction (meetings, calls, in-person touchpoints) over email.
  • Professional attire and demeanor at all times.
  • Efficient time management and respect for team processes and colleague contributions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of related experience managing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or client-facing accounts, ideally within sports, entertainment, or a global brand/agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing six and seven-figure partnership accounts and driving measurable revenue growth through upsells and renewals.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with global/international partnership activation and cross-market brand strategy is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships independently, including negotiation, strategic planning, and executive-level communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and partnership management technology, including Salesforce, DigiDeck, SponsorUnited, and other measurement/CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
