Job description

Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Global Partner Marketing team extends Stripe's marketing reach to customers and prospects by educating, engaging, and enabling partners worldwide to build market awareness and generate demand for Stripe solutions and services. We market to, with, and through our partners to increase our reach, scale our impact, accelerate revenue growth, and support partners in expanding their businesses with Stripe.
AI companies are changing how businesses are built and how commerce is conducted, creating an opportunity for Stripe to serve users earlier in their journey and power new agentic buying and selling experiences. By partnering with the companies shaping this ecosystem, Stripe can reach and support the next generation of businesses as they launch and scale. Similarly, Stripe's global reach is a major asset to fast-growing AI companies as they expand.
What you'll do
We are hiring a Global Partner Marketing Lead to build and scale Stripe's marketing motion with strategic AI partners. You will work with the AI GTM team, Partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams to identify shared customer opportunities, define joint value propositions, and deliver campaigns that drive customer acquisition, activation, and product adoption.
As the first marketer dedicated to this partner segment, you will establish the operating model for AI partner marketing: which partners to prioritize, how we plan and fund joint programs, how partners participate in Stripe-led campaigns, and how we measure impact. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners and translate shared business goals into practical, high-quality marketing programs.
At Stripe, we're looking for people with passion, grit, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out-and set you apart-especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. At Stripe, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions.
Responsibilities
  • Own the annual marketing strategy, objectives, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic AI and technology partners.
  • Identify shared audiences, use cases, and product narratives with partners and internal stakeholders; turn them into joint go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and execute integrated co-marketing programs-from joint content, lifecycle campaigns, and events to partner-led acquisition and activation plays.
  • Bring relevant partners into Stripe-led campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Field Marketing, and Demand Generation.
  • Build scalable partner-marketing mechanisms, including campaign toolkits, enablement, intake and planning processes, and repeatable program templates.
  • Manage partner marketing investments and budgets, and use performance data to improve program ROI.
  • Establish reporting for partner marketing performance, including customer acquisition, activation, pipeline, product adoption, and revenue influence; share clear recommendations with leadership and partner teams.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B, product, partner, or go-to-market marketing experience, including 2+ years building and executing integrated GTM programs.
  • Experience creating joint marketing plans with external partners and delivering programs tied to shared commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working across a multi-party funnel, including partner-sourced or partner-influenced acquisition, activation, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Strong judgment in defining messaging, audience strategy, and campaign priorities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure marketing performance, manage investments, and improve ROI.
  • Experience working in or marketing to the AI ecosystem is strongly preferred, particularly with AI platforms, developer tools, agentic products, or technical B2B companies. Experience in payments or commerce is a plus.
Preferred qualifications
You might be a fit if you:
  • Have a strong understanding of and genuine curiosity about the AI ecosystem, including how foundation-model providers, AI-native developer platforms, and agents are changing how businesses are built, distributed, and monetized.
  • Build trusted relationships while holding a high bar for clarity, follow-through, and shared accountability.
  • Are comfortable creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving market.
  • Pair strategic thinking with strong execution and rigorous performance analysis.
  • Communicate clearly with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
