We push each other to be better and expect to be pushed back, in a community built on respect, where everyone is counted. Work Protected.

Overview

Mimecast Global Partner Marketing is looking for a Partner Marketing Campaigns & Programs Manager to own the strategy, design, and execution of our through-partner marketing engine across the global channel ecosystem. This is a full-time, remote role, with a preference for candidates based in North America.

In this role, you will translate corporate demand-generation priorities into partner-ready campaigns and programs, help define and deliver the global partner marketing program framework, and lead the build-out and ongoing management of our Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) platform. Working at the intersection of marketing, channel sales, and our partners, you will help design and run campaigns that enable partners to generate measurable, qualified pipeline at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute through-partner marketing campaigns end to end, translating corporate demand-generation priorities into channel-ready, co-branded campaigns.
  • Equip partners with the messaging, assets, and tactics they need to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Define and own the global partner marketing program strategy, including a calendar of always-on and campaign-in-a-box motions delivered consistently across regions.
  • Own the TCMA platform, leading implementation, content syndication, partner onboarding, and day-to-day administration.
  • Continuously optimize the TCMA experience to drive partner adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with regional channel teams, field marketing, sales, and external partners to align on goals and campaign delivery.
  • Measure performance against pipeline and ROI targets, reporting results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven success in partner, channel, or field marketing within B2B technology, ideally cybersecurity or SaaS, with hands-on ownership of through-partner demand-generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, global partner marketing campaigns and programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Experience implementing or administering a TCMA or through-channel marketing automation platform, such as Unifyr, StructuredWeb, Impartner, or ZINFI.
  • Practical experience with content syndication, partner onboarding, and marketing technology platform management.
  • Strong understanding of global partner program and campaign delivery across multiple regions and partner types.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong data and analytics capabilities, including the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and ROI.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The base salary range for this position is $132,000$198,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
