This full-time remote Coordinator role supports the Inventory Swap process for Resort Optimization Operations by preparing timeshare contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. The position involves verifying, reviewing, validating, and auditing contractual documents, while coordinating backend processes and ensuring accurate documentation. The coordinator is responsible for auditing all contract requests for accuracy and ensuring clear deed transfers are completed. The role also requires close collaboration with multiple departments to fulfill contractual obligations.

How You'll Shine:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete contract generation duties (55% time)

  • Complete administrative processes in order to support Swap Specialists (35% time)

  • Coordinate intake processes for all inputs, case management (5% time)

  • Performs other duties as needed (5%)
