Job Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, from production and supply chain management to customer service and quality control. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that will optimize our operations and drive the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Oversee all production processes, from raw material procurement to final product delivery, to ensure timely and high-quality production.

Manage the supply chain and inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and production forecasts.
