Are you passionate about building processes, leading cross-functional collaboration, and bringing products to market? As Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the marketing organization by owning workflows, systems, and processes that support new product launches, masterdata, and product content development and execution. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Business Units (CBU), this role ensures product content readiness, managing digital asset and imagery workflows, and overseeing internal masterdata syndication, ensuring readiness for syndication to retail and digital partners. Working closely with Brand and Product Managers, t, Masterbrand, Sales, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Sourcing, this role serves as a cross-functional connector, ensuring the seamless flow of product data and content across the organization. Day to day responsibilities include ownership of marketing operations process optimization, driving accountability across initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance tracking. The Marketing Operations Manager also leads a team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Ingredients
Marketing Operations & Workflow Management
  • Own and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows supporting new product launches and development and execution of refreshed content for existing product lines.
  • Build, implement, and maintain scalable processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across Marketing Coordinators.
  • Track timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.

Product Content & Digital Asset Management
  • Oversee product content readiness including product copy, specifications, imagery, and supporting assets.
  • Manage workflows for product imagery creation, review, approval, and distribution.
  • Partner with brand owner, Masterbrand, and eCommerce teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of content across all channels.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of PIM and DAM systems.

Syndication & Masterdata Management
  • Oversee internal syndication of masterdata for new product set-ups and product refreshes.
  • Partner with IT and Sales operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize content flow into third party platforms (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify).
  • Develop reporting to track syndication health, accuracy, and completeness.

Sample & Asset Coordination
  • Oversee the process for requesting, tracking, and distributing product samples as needed for content development and new product sell in support.
  • Partner with Masterdata and Sales Operations teams to support consistent process across sampling needs

Process Improvement & Team Leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution across marketing operations.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring clear documentation and repeatability of processes.
  • Establish governance models for workflows, approvals, and execution standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Coordinators, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Equipment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, food & beverage, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Project management experience or PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercialization, innovation, or go-to-market processes.

Instructions
  • High proficiency in MS office, specifically excel, along with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (e.g. Syndigo & Salsify) preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships while collaborating cross-functionally within areas of the business.
