The Global Logistics Specialist will serve as the primary administrator for freight payment and financial compliance within the global transportation network. This role focuses on the fiscal lifecycle of cargo movement, requiring a deep understanding of both international freight-forwarding and domestic trucking processes to ensure billing accuracy. The successful candidate will leverage strong mathematical and analytical skills to develop tracking reports and drive continuous process improvements within the transportation administration department.

  • Freight Audit & Financial Validation: Lead the audit of ocean import, drayage, and intermodal invoices to ensure alignment with contracted rates and service levels

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to freight payment workflows, aiming to streamline administrative cycles and improve data accuracy

  • Analytical Reporting Development: Design and maintain advanced tracking reports to monitor logistics spend, accessorial trends, and carrier billing performance
